The coronavirus pandemic hit us out of nowhere, and completely upturned the world as we knew it. Never before had we imagined to be doing things the way we had to during the pandemic. Homes, offices, markets, public places transformed. Not a single industry, in no corner of the world, has remained untouched and unaffected. The traditional offices were shut down because the coming together of so many people in one place posed dangers to the safety of everyone. Thus the traditional workplaces were temporarily disbanded. Some predict that this change will not be as temporary and that even after the virus is long gone, some of the practices that we have adopted for work will be here to stay. More and more companies will start inviting people to meetings over Zoom instead of engaging the conference rooms.

For now, one thing is for sure. We must all have work-ready homes, so we can all continue to benefit from the work-from-home arrangement whenever work allows.
